Often, successful projects will begin with a visioning session, called a “charrette”. This one to three-day event will establish the project’s parameters, beginning with answers to preliminary questions such as:

- What type and quality of guest experience should be created?
- How many visitors should be expected and how much will they pay?
- What is the warranted investment for the project?
- What is the operating budget required for the project?
